Bring in your device for a free diagnosis. We’ll assess the issue, provide an estimate, and proceed with the repair upon your approval.

How long will my repair take?

Repair times vary depending on the issue, but most common repairs are completed within 1-2 days. We’ll provide an estimated timeframe upon diagnosis.

How do I know if my device is worth repairing?

We’ll diagnose the issue and give you an honest assessment of whether it’s cost-effective to repair your device or if replacement is a better option.

What does your warranty cover?

We offer a 90-day warranty on all device sales and micro soldering repairs, a 1-year warranty on battery replacements and consumables, and a lifetime warranty on all other repairs, covering defects only. Physical or liquid damage is not covered, and repairs on liquid-damaged devices are not eligible for the lifetime warranty.
